After months of training, Tamra Judge finally took the stage at the Orange County Musclemania fitness competition on May 28. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom has been hitting the gym with trainer Mia Finnegan in anticipation of big event, where she was joined by her family.

In the lead-up to the event, Tamra shared her preparation process — which also included a little PB&J and some spray tanning.
