Tamra Judge Offers Update on Her Custody Battle
The #RHOC star opens up about her family life on #WWHL.
When Tamra Judge sat down with Andy Cohen for the Watch What Happens Live after show, the Real Housewives of Orange County star opened up about her ongoing issues with ex-husband Simon Barney, and gave an update on their custody battle. "Actually my oldest daughter [Sidney] met [my grandduaghter] Ava for the first time last week. And [Simon] dropped her off there and he met Ava," she said, before further elaborating on the state of her relationship with Simon.
"Not good. Not well, no. It's been a battle... I mean last year when I was filming, I went through a really bad custody battle. And I was accused of abusing my kids, not feeding my kids, not bathing my kids... And they were all false. And so when somebody does that to you in such a public way, public way. I mean I was called 'monster mom' on tabloids. I mean it was horrible. And we went in and it got thrown out of court. It was all a lie. It's hard to recover. It's hard to forgive somebody for doing that to you. It tore my family apart."
"My oldest daughter has chosen to live with Simon because she is the one that between the three kids she got caught up in the middle of it," she continued. "It's a bad case of parental alientation. And it's hard. It's still a struggle. I love her more than anything."
