Tamra Judge's Gym Routine Will Leave You Exhausted

The #RHOC mom has been pumping iron and it shows.

Tamra Judge wants to pump you up. Well, actually, it looks like she's been doing a really good job of pumping iron all on her own. And thanks to Instagram, we're getting an inside look at The Real Housewives of Orange County mom's intense workout routine. From leg squats to lifting weights, Tamra's dedication to getting fitter is working. On Thursday, she updated fans on her status. "Down 11 pounds of fat - up 11 pound lean body mass. #18% body fat," she wrote.

Tamra appears to be putting in all the hard work for an upcoming fitness competition. And gauging by some before-and-after photos, Tamra's hard work is definitely paying off. Case in point:
