How Taye Diggs Became Becca's (Fictional) Baby Daddy on Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce
As if we really needed a reason for this Hollywood hunk to be name dropped on #GG2D.
The most recent episode of Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce served up some shocking news. Not only did we find out that Becca's newborn was not Jake's, but it was also revealed that her baby daddy is none other than actor Taye Diggs.
It's not often that real celebs become involved in the narrative of TV shows, so how did Taye end up fathering a (fictional) child on GG2D? "Both Paul [Adelstein] and I know and love Taye from Private Practice," GG2D's creator and executive producer Marti Noxon told The Daily Dish. "We figured if he'd agree to be the fictional father of Becca's child, people would have to forgive her a little. Because — let the first among us who wouldn't have Taye's illegitimate love baby throw the first stone!"
