#TBT: Chad Rogers and Josh Flagg's Awkward Truce
The two MDLLA agents tried to hash out their differences—before everything flew off the rails.
Every Thursday, celebrate #TBT with us as we open the vault to share photos of Bravolebrities before they were famous--or revisit memorable moments from our shows. This week, we revisit an awkward attempt at a truce between two agents during Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 3.
In a cutthroat business that depends on egos, when strong personalities collide, tensions can obviously run high. This was certainly the case between MDLLA stars Josh Flagg and Chad Rogers. Conflict between the two real estate agents escalated throughout Season 2, culminating in backstabbing comments and uncomfortable encounters.
But it wasn’t until they were working side-by-side with each other during a choice moment in Season 3 when Josh decided it was maybe time to try and mend fences once and for all. However, his well-intentioned gesture went south quickly.

“I’m really done with this, okay? There’s no truce, none,” Chad dramatically told Josh after bringing up multiple grievances he had with him, even accusing him of threatening his dog!
Ready for more real estate drama? Season 7 of MDLLA premieres August 20, at 9/8c.
