The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has always had a love for horses, and began her career as a competitive equestrian at the age of four. Now, she’s finding the time to enjoy her passion once again, and recently participated in her first show in three years.

In a February 7 Instagram post, Teddi shared a photo from Desert International Horse Park with her husband Edwin Arroyave, and two of their children, Slate and Cruz.

“My first show back in 3 years and [cherry] was champion! Thank you @archiecox3 for finding us such a love bug. Socially distance family sport,” she wrote.

In response to a commenter who asked, “Did you even practice or just went on talent?” Teddi revealed that her recent foot injury made it difficult to prepare for the show, explaining that her “broken foot didn’t allow me to practice,” adding that it’s “practice time again” now that she’s better.

Teddi also proudly shared a few photos and videos of Slate and Cruz from the event. “I mean. Watching the kids compete in their first show may have been my favorite part,” she wrote. “Hard work. Love of the horse. Committed to learning and growing. My heart is [heart emojis]. Sorry about your luck @tedwinator. We are all hooked.”
