Dorinda Medley Is "Very Proud" of Being Mentioned in Teresa Giudice's Book
The #RHONY mom is in awe of the #RHONJ author's resilience.
Teresa Giudice's memoir Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again not only includes a touching dedication to her four daughters, but she also had plenty of people to thank for helping her make the New York Times best seller possible. And you should recognize many of the names.
"To my fellow Housewives who reached out and were there for me: Lisa Vanderpump, NeNe Leakes, Dorinda Medley, Jill Zarin, Teresa and Rino Aprea, and Nicole Napolitano: I want to thank all of you for your support. It means so much to me," Teresa wrote in the acknowledgments section of her book.
Dorinda was incredibly flattered to be thanked in Teresa's book when The Daily Dish caught up with her at a party celebrating the new memoir Wednesday night. "I'm very proud. I love Teresa. I love her. She's great," The Real Housewives of New York City mom said.
Even without reading Teresa's book, which she's planning on doing, Dorinda is impressed with how The Real Housewives of New Jersey author has carried herself since her prison release. "I think she's a survivor. I think it's never about the mistake. It's how you get up and handle the next phase of your life," Dorinda told The Daily Dish. "Believe me, we've all stumbled. Anyone that says they haven't are full of sh**, OK? Or you will stumble at some point. So you better be careful."
Dorinda kept in touch with Teresa while she was in prison, and now the RHONY 'Wife is only hoping for the best for her friend in the future. "I think she's great. She's a great mother, which I truly admire," Dorinda said. "She's doing a great job. I'm happy for her, very happy."
This isn't the first time Dorinda has partied with the RHONJ cast. See her celebrate boyfriend John Mahdessian's 50th birthday with Melissa and Joe Gorga, below.
