Antonia Gorga Remembers Nonno Giacinto Gorga as the “Cutest and Happiest Soul”
“Gonna miss you so much,” the RHONJ daughter wrote of her late grandfather.
Joe Gorga paid tribute to his late father, Giacinto Gorga, on Instagram after he passed away on April 3. Now, his daughter, Antonia Gorga, is following suit, remembering her grandfather in an emotional message on Instagram.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter shared a series of sweet pictures of her and Giacinto, affectionately known as Nonno (meaning “grandfather” in Italian). “Rest in Peace nonno, love you so much,” she wrote in the caption alongside the photos.
Antonia went on to recall Giacinto’s strength and vivacious personality, writing, "You are the strongest person I know. Cutest and happiest soul. You were the best.”
She concluded the message by stating, “Gonna miss you so much.”
Joe and his sister, Teresa Giudice, both shared the sad news of their father’s passing on social media on April 3. “I can’t believe he is gone. The world lost an amazing man [and] human being today," Joe wrote about his dad.
Giacinto’s other grandchildren include Joe and Melissa Gorga's two other children, Joey and Gino, as well as Teresa and Joe Giudice’s four daughters, Gia, Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.
Giacinto moved in with Teresa and her children in 2017 after the death of his wife and Teresa and Joe's mother, Antonia Gorga. He faced several health battles over the years, including a hospitalization for pneumonia this winter.
