Amid Joe Giudice's Legal Woes, Teresa Giudice Shares a Family Photo of "Joe with the Girls"
"I love having photos," the RHONJ 'Wife shared about the Easter throwback snapshot.
After it was confirmed this week that an appeal for Joe Giudice's ongoing immigration and deportation case has been denied, Teresa Giudice didn't directly comment on the news, but she did share a throwback photo of her husband with their daughters. She simply captioned the vintage Easter moment: "Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos."
While The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom has remained more tight-lipped on the appeal being denied, their eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, did open up about the decision on Instagram, writing, "[P]ictures, memories, and hope is the only thing that has gotten my family this far. we are fighters but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life. not a day goes by where we don’t love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our hearts. you will be home with us soon daddy. I love you so much."
Joe was released from FCI Allenwood Low in Allenwood, Pennsylvania in March after serving a 41-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud charges in 2014. His attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., then confirmed to The Daily Dish that he had been moved "to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees."
In a statement to The Daily Dish this week, Leonard Jr. said, “We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
