Here's the One Thing Stephanie Hollman's Husband Didn't Like Seeing on The Real Housewives of Dallas
Get to know more about the RHOD husband.
Stephanie Hollman has been an open book with The Real Housewives of Dallas fans for the past two seasons, sharing all of the ups and downs she's experienced with her friends and family. Though you can tell that Stephanie's husband Travis Hollman is incredibly supportive of her RHOD journey, there is one thing that he hasn't enjoyed seeing on the show. We'll just let Stephanie explain in the video, above.
If you've been watching this season of RHOD (and honestly, why wouldn't you be?), you've seen that Stephanie's relationship with her hubby has basically done a 180 — in a good way. After expressing that she sometimes felt like an assistant to a boss rather than the wife to her husband last season, Stephanie has said that her partnership with Travis is stronger than ever these days.
In fact, seeing the state of their relationship last season opened Stephanie's eyes to where her marriage was and where she wanted it to be. "One thing I can say about doing this show and watching yourself is you learn a lot about your marriage and a lot about what you want and what you don't want. I think Travis, probably, was the same," Stephanie told The Daily Dish earlier this season. "I think whenever you watch it you realize that you want to be more of a partnership. And I do feel like, I think he probably felt like my dad sometimes because I was just so all over the place. I feel like it's just made it better because I feel like we lean on each other more, we respect each other more. I think our marriage is in a really great place right now."
But Travis is definitely still a boss when it comes to his career. He owns and operates the Hollman locker company, which has been in his family since 1976. The company has manufactured lockers for some major sports teams, including the Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Lakers, and the Dallas Mavericks, as well as companies like American Express, Facebook, and SoulCycle.
Travis bought the company himself two years ago, and Stephanie couldn't be more proud of his business success. "He's killing it. Honestly, I'm so proud of him. About 85 percent of any locker that you see that's not metal is ours. I'm super proud," Stephanie gushed. "But I feel like that is our baby, and I feel like when you do one thing really, really, really well, stick with that one thing and kill it in that market. So I don't know. I feel like if he ever branched out, it would be within that market because I think that once you find what you're good at, you should stick with that. And he's tried other things in the past. But he's just good at lockers, he's good at sales, he's a visionary. He's really good at it. And it's really cool because that will be passed down to our children one day, and that makes me excited that our babies will have something, and their kids will have something that my husband has worked his booty off for."
Even though Travis lives a fabulous life with Stephanie and their sons, Chance and Cruz, the RHOD mom said her hubby still remains humble. "He doesn't try to be somebody he's not. I really appreciate that with him. Like, you never hear him talking about what he has, you know what I'm saying? He's very, very humble," Stephanie gushed. "He doesn't blow money. He doesn't try to fit into a mold. He just is who he is. I really love that."
So when we asked Stephanie what she wants fans to know about her husband, what she told us proves that Travis is even more of an amazing spouse than what we've seen on RHOD — if that's even possible. "Travis is amazing. He's probably one of the most giving people I've ever met in my life. I'm not even joking. He gives to charities. He's on the board of a domestic violence agency with me. He literally will do anything for anyone," Stephanie shared. "He's the most amazing father ever. The kids are actually better [with] him than they are [with] me, which really stinks because I'm with them more. But he's just super hands-on. He's incredible. I'm so blessed because I feel like I have a husband that just takes good care of us, and not even financially but just emotionally, is there for us and is our cheerleader. And I know he would do anything in the world for the boys and I. And that's special."
