Here's What Happened Immediately After The Real Housewives of New York City Boat Ride from Hell
Dorinda Medley recounted the scary end to the unforgettable Cartagena, Colombia vacation.
You heard about it, you read about it, and now we finally know exactly what went down during The Real Housewives of New York City squad's so-called Boat Ride from Hell. We got to witness the scary end to the ladies' Cartagena trip, where they experienced what is probably the worst boat ride in Bravo history, complete with crazy-rough waters, seasickness, and a dramatic cutting of the anchor's cord.
For the safety of everyone on board, the crew had to stop filming, so we didn't get to see everything that happened, including how everyone felt immediately when they got off the boat. (Although just picturing what the ladies described in their interviews gave us more than enough of an idea of the terror they experienced.) But Dorinda Medley appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen just in the nick of time to answer all of our burning questions about the dramatic event.
When Dorinda appeared on WWHL Wednesday night, she filled RHONY fans in on what it was really like to be on that boat. Press play on the above video to find out what she thought of Tinsley Mortimer's seemingly calm reaction to the boat ride, what it was like seeing Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill comfort one another, and what the crew was doing when all of this chaos was going on.
She also described an eerie atmosphere as everyone disembarked the vessel. "It was that bizarre silence after the storm where people just wanted to get off. No one wanted to talk to each other," Dorinda recalled on WWHL. "We're all just physically like, 'What? Did that just happen?' You know that feeling where you walk off, you're kind of light-footed, light-headed?"
We're confident that this is one adventure that the RHONY ladies and fans alike will never forget.
