Luann de Lesseps has returned to rehab, PEOPLE has confirmed. “Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health. She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation," a Bravo spokesperson said in a statement. "At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.”
Luann will not be at The Real Housewives of New York City Season 10 reunion taping.
The RHONY cabaret singer previously spent 21 days at an alcohol treatment center in January. Luann entered rehab following her arrest on charges of battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person in Palm Beach on December 24, 2017.
Luann agreed to enter a plea to a lesser misdemeanor charge, her attorney, Doug Duncan, announced in court on May 25. The judge set the next court date for July 25 at which time Luann is expected to plead guilty in absentia, and the adjudication will be withheld.
Luann reflected on the ups and downs of the past six months during an interview with The Daily Dish earlier this season. "I think when you're happy, you always look better, and I'm happy that I lost weight because I stopped drinking, which is good. So I'm less puffy. I feel so much better. And I feel like when you feel good about yourself, it comes shining through," she shared. "There's a big change in my life in terms of being in control, being in power, being in the driver's seat, and I feel like with the drinking, I definitely was not in the driver's seat."
