Meghan King Edmonds Shares the First Glimpse of Her New "Dream Home" in Missouri
"It’s really happening!" The Real Housewives of Orange County alum gushed.
Today is the first day of the rest of Meghan King Edmonds' life — in Missouri, that is. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is ready to put new roots down in her home state.
Meghan shared the news that she has broken ground on her new home in Missouri in an Instagram post on Thursday. The pair of photos she posted (swipe right to see them both) show herself, husband Jim Edmonds, and their 1-year-old daughter Aspen King Edmonds at the site of their future home. "It’s really happening! Today we (finally) broke ground on our dream home!" Meghan gushed on Instagram. "We have such a nice digger to stop his digging to take this family pic of this historic moment!"
Meghan confirmed that she would be leaving Orange County as she announced her exit from RHOC in January to settle down with her growing family in St. Louis, where her stepchildren also live full-time. "So Jimmy and I have decided to dig our roots into the midwest as we begin to build our dream home for our rapidly expanding family," she wrote on her blog. "We also continue to focus on K Hall Studio (based in St Louis) and my line, The King Collection."
Meghan and Jim's new abode will soon be a full house. The couple is currently expecting twin boys, who are due to arrive in June.
