This week, Top Chef star Bryan Voltaggio shares a victorious moment.

When Bryan Voltaggio graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in the late-'90s (above), he was surrounded by his friends and family—and his high-school sweetheart, wife Jennifer.

But Voltaggio, who now oversees a four restaurant empire in the Washington, D.C. area, didn't sit around long before getting to work. After graduation, Bryan and Jennifer moved to New York City to find an apartment and ignite their careers. Bryan soon started at the restaurant Aureole, where he worked with his mentor Charlie Palmer. And the rest, as they say, is history...
