Throwback Thursday: Jenni Pulos Stuns at the Apollo

Every Thursday, celebrate #TBT with us as we open the vault to share photos of Bravolebrities before they were famous--or revisit memorable moments from our shows. This week, in anticipation for Flipping Out’s return on March 5th, we found a fun vintage video of Jenni Pulos.

Years before releasing her children’s rap album, Jeff Lewis’ Flipping Out sidekick tested out her rapping chops at one of Showtime at the Apollo’s famed Amateur Night competitions. Donning what looked like summer camp counselor uniforms gone wrong, Jenni and her partner Todd took to the stage and deliver an unexpected performance. Watch below:

Amazingly enough, she survived the notoriously tough crowd at the Apollo Theater, but only time will tell if she survives her harshest critic of all, Jeff Lewis. Catch Jenni when the new season of Flipping Out premieres March 5, at 10/9c. Watch a preview clip below:
