Ariana Madix Denies “Hiding” Her and Tom Sandoval’s Issues — And He Responds

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval's emotional sit-down on the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 finale was only a precursor for the many intense conversations they'd go on to have during during the three-part reunion, which picked back up on May 31 with Part 2, as well as Peacock's subsequent extended version of the episode, which dropped June 1.

Tom and Ariana Face Off Over Their Relationship Issues

The new Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up Edition, more specifically, saw Ariana and Tom in stark disagreement over how honest they were about their relationship issues over the years. 

Explaining her side, Ariana told the group and host Andy Cohen, "I always would tell him when I didn't agree with what he was saying or doing, and I feel like he did the same with me. At the same time, I was f-cking ride-or-die for that guy."

Tom, meanwhile, "[felt] like we definitely hid a lot of our issues."

Lisa Vanderpump Responds to Tom and Ariana's Issues

This left Lisa Vanderpump confused, though. "Why would you do that when you're calling everybody else out about being authentic?" she asked Tom. "I don't understand."

"You're exactly right," Tom responded, much to everyone else's surprise. "And that's one of the reasons when I was bringing this up, it felt like it had been years of us not talking about the issues that we have in our relationship."

He placed the blame for this on Ariana, but she fired back by pointing out that she's been "very open and honest" in all aspects of her life. Specifically on Vanderpump Rules, "I've talked about body image issues, intimacy issues that we've had, I've been to therapy, I've talked about my anxiety, those are all things that are present."

Tom, however, said that "the level of disconnect" between him and Ariana was also "very present." Not only that, but it "was something that we really didn't talk about, and honestly [that] we could've addressed better with ourselves."

"Everybody has issues in their relationship," Ariana reasoned. "You either address it and you repair it or you break up. But you were already stepping out on the relationship."

Tom and Ariana Will Shed More Light on Their Relationship
