Well, I pretty much had a Top Chef-gasm (it's a thing.) when I found out we were doing this, and now we can finally tell all of you. Top Chef Season 8 is OFFICIALLY Top Chef All-Stars! This means that 18 top chefs from previous seasons will return to compete to take a stab at the title once again. And if your head isn't already exploding, you don't have to wait long -- the season premieres December 1st at 10/9c, and ... wait for it ... wait for it ... BOURDAIN IS BACK! Anthony Bourdain will be joining the cast as a regular judge, alternating with Gail Simmons.
OK, OK that might be enough for now. I don't know how much more exciting foodie news I can handle, honestly.
