Airing each Wednesday after the week's Top Chef episodes, host Kristen Kish and her friends from the show will share interesting insights from both the current season and past episodes, starting at 10:15/9:15c on BravoTV.com.
Guests will include Top Chef Chicago winner Stephanie Izard, two-time Top Chef winner Buddha Lo, Top Chef All-Star Marcel Vigneron, Top Chef World All-Star Amar Santana, Top Chef winner Mei Lin, Top Chef All-Stars Finalist Stephanie Cmar, and others.
They'll laugh, cook, and ultimately dish about each episode’s most memorable moments and answer behind-the-scenes questions about the series.
When does The Dish with Kish air?
The Dish with Kish airs on Wednesdays at 10:15/9:15c on BravoTV.com, directly after the latest episode of Top Chef, which begin at 9/8c.

Kristen Kish took over from Padma Lakshmi as host for Top Chef Season 21
Kristen replacing longtime host and judge Padma Lakshmi, after Padma stepped down following Top Chef Season 20. Her decision to leave the show after 17 years was announced in June 2023.
“After much soul searching, I have made the difficult decision to leave Top Chef,” Padma wrote in an Instagram statement at the time. “Having completed a glorious 20th season as host and executive producer, I am extremely proud to have been part of building such a successful show and of the impact it has had in the worlds of television and food.”
It was announced that Season 10 winner Kristen would join judges Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons at the table.
Who is Top Chef's Kristen Kish?
Kristen Kish is the winner of Top Chef Season 10 and has made several appearances as a guest judge since then.
She is also the chef/partner of the restaurant Arlo Grey in Austin, Texas, as well as the host and producer of Restaurants at the End of the World.

She was named to TIME 100’s Next, AdWeek’s Creative 100, and Marie Claire’s Power lists in 2023.
Born in South Korea and adopted by a family in Kentwood, Michigan, Kish showed an affinity for cooking at a young age. After culinary school in Chicago, she honed her skills in Boston.
Her other television credits include co-starring on Fast Foodies and co-hosting Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend.
She released her first cookbook, Kristen Kish Cooking: Recipes and Techniques, in 2017.
