Kelsey confirmed in a post on Instagram that she welcomed daughter Evelyn June Clark on October 5 at 4:30 p.m. Evelyn weighed six pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long at birth. "She arrived quickly, quietly, and sweet as can be," Kelsey said of her newborn daughter in a post on Instagram on October 6. "What a gift her life already is."

The Instagram post also featured several precious photos of Kelsey's baby girl wrapped in a pale pink crochet blanket and wearing a gingham cap, as well as pics of Kelsey and her husband, Deavours Clark, holding their daughter in the hospital.

This is the second child for Kelsey and Deavours. They are also parents to 3-year-old son Monroe, whom they welcomed just nine months before Kelsey competed on Season 16 of Top Chef.

Kelsey previously shared the inspiration for her daughter's name with BravoTV.com just days before she welcomed her little one. "She is being named after both of our grandmothers so I wanted to include them [in the design] as much as possible," Kelsey said of her daughter's nursery in an email to BravoTV.com. "I really just wanted to keep it classic, timeless, and comfortable."

Kelsey also recently reflected on her second pregnancy as she prepared for her baby girl's arrival in a post on Instagram on October 4. "It took me a while to get to this point - the first and now this last day of pregnancy. It’s impossible not to be sentimental when you know you may never experience something again. Something so profound, so important, so irreplaceable. I’m a person who loves to plan, to control, to get what I want. I’ve been knocked down, humbled and learned to accept things I cannot change nor control," Kelsey wrote in the post. "And for all of this, I will always be the most grateful for this entire season. She has already taught me so much about life and I’ll spend the rest of my days attempting to return the favor."
