Vicki Gunvalson Addresses Lawsuit and Legal Issues During RHOC Season 14 Reunion
The RHOC Coto Insurance owner opens up about her recent legal matters.
When Vicki Gunvalson sat down on the couches during Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 14 reunion (which aired December 18), among the topics of discussion was the OG's alleged legal issues. Andy Cohen asked Vicki about a report regarding a legal matter which she filed under the alias "Jane Roe" and attempted to clear the air about it with Jane Roe — aka Vicki herself.
"At the core of this dispute is a pre-existing lawsuit that Kelly [Dodd] brought up that you're a part of with an 82-year-old woman," the WWHL host said, referring to the moment in Season 14 when Vicki defended her reputation and shut down any gossip that she is a "con woman."
When asked about it, Vicki briefly explained, "Well I can't talk about it 'cause we go to mediation... but what I will say: anybody that goes after my business, I'm the CEO of a major corporation, and I insure thousands and thousands of people so for anybody to insinuate that I'm fraudulent, a con woman, or anything other than the truth, they're going to get sued."
As fans might recall during the season, Vicki offered up more insight into the legal matter with the woman and insurance claim in question. "It's all over the f--king press that I committed fraud," she said previously. "I didn't commit fraud. The insurance company went out of business, so they're not paying her claim."
