When Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle BeauvaisCrystal Kung Minkoff, and Annemarie Wiley arrived at their Airbnb in Sant Pere de Ribes, Spain, they were immediately impressed with their accommodations.

"This is beautiful," Crystal said, while Annemarie added, "Oh my gosh. So pretty, you guys." However, as they learned more about Villa Catalina, which was built in the 14th century, they were a bit freaked out, to put it lightly.

"While it's been fully restored, we have left some of the original features. Just to warn you that —" their host, Zoë, said as Erika interjected, "It's haunted."

Although the host didn't deny the claim, she did say, "I've never seen anything." Still, Erika was convinced, explaining in an interview during the episode, which aired on January 24, "I do have the ability to smell different spirits."

"I felt it. It's haunted," she added. "Sutton, you booked us a haunted house."

"The previous owners told us that there are some little people," Zoe shared. "Super friendly. But I've never seen them. But don't be worried at all."

While most of the group was uneasy about the potential spirits occupying the home, Erika suggested, "You guys, just embrace it." Annemarie was willing to do that, but she had a request: "I just want the least haunted room."

Kyle noted she planned to be a little more cautious as she walked around. "In a house like this, you don't open vents," she said. "You don't go into attics or basements." Garcelle agreed, noting, "There [are] doors that look like they shouldn't be opened."

Later in the episode, Garcelle was a bit spooked late at night. "It's one o'clock in the morning, and I am scared out of my mind," she said as she decided to go stay with Sutton. "I'm even scared to go to Sutton's room, but I'm going anyway. So, I am tiptoeing around. The floors are creaky. I know there's a room with a crib in it. I don't want to see it, because I don't know who's in the crib."

According to the property's Airbnb listing, the home "is set within 400 acres of private secluded grounds offering spectacular views of the Penedés Wine region." It has 15 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and "a unique traditional Catalan stone shepherd's hut."
