Usually, we see Captain Lee Rosbach steering luxury yachts to paradise destinations and managing a wild crew. But with everything going on in the world, the Below Deck boss is now safe at home — and showing us a completely different side of himself.
Recently, Captain Lee checked in with BravoTV.com to share what he's been up to amid self-quarantine and to give us all some solid advice. Not only did he reveal a new hobby of his, but he also provided some suggestions for activities to keep us all busy.
In the video below, Captain Lee explains, "We have to remember that we're all in this together and we all have to pull together. Do the right thing, stay home. I know it's tough, but I know how to get by staying at home. You don't spend weeks at sea in close, tight quarters with very, very few people — away from everything — without learning how to get by."
Then, he shares some advice for everyone at home, saying, "The first thing I would say is utilize the internet, but stay away from the depressing stuff. I wouldn't watch too much TV."
The Below Deck cast member also lets us in on his most recent hobby in this clip. He says, "What I do is, I get on my bike, I go for a ride. You can do that by yourself, you can do it with your family members that you're going to be close to anyhow. Just talk to each other, you know?"
Captain Lee mentions that we should all be having meaningful conversations and suggests calling people we haven't spoken to in a while. He also says we should take the time to experiment in the kitchen and cook up some dishes we've wanted to make for a while. That's some useful advice right there, straight from the captain himself.
See what else Captain Lee has to say about self-quarantine in the video below!
