The Daily Dish Eat, Drink, Love

What Foods Arouse the 'Eat, Drink, Love' Stars?

Watch the cast explain their favorite aphrodisiacs.

By Nicki Gostin

Lots of people believe that certain foods are aphrodisiacs—just don't tell that to Jessica Miller from Eat, Drink, Love. The culinary marketing specialist has strong feelings on the subject. Planning on wining and dining her with some oysters, chocolate and red wine? Think again.

"I do not associate food and sex together," she bluntly proclaims. "Ech gross! That's not the way to get me to take off my clothes, I'll tell you that right now."

Food as Aphrodisiacs

It's a view that's definitely not shared by Nina Clemente. The private chef almost sounds dreamy when listing her turn-ons: sushi, charcuterie, and then she jokes, "while I'm munching on these f--king cashews!"

"I don't care if you're eating caviar and champagne," saysBrenda Urban, "or if you're eating a really greasy burger, if it's the person you're spending time with that makes it for you—that's sexy."

But when it comes to Jessica, it is technology that turns her on. "Calculators, that's a different story," she purrs. "Pull out one of those graphing calculators...you know those codes? You have the code to my heart!"
