Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is not here for your excuses. The newest Beverly Hills Housewife helps people achieve their fitness goals as an accountability coach.
Yes, Teddi helps more than 150 clients stay on track with the help of other coaches through her very own company, Accountability with Teddi Mellencamp. For those of you still wondering what an accountability coach does, Teddi broke it down during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on Tuesday, which you can check out in the above video.
One of the great things about Teddi as an accountability coach is that she understands the struggles of her clients. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer has opened up about her fluctuating weight throughout her life, weighing more than 200 pounds at one point. "For me, after my son, I thought I would lose the weight the same way I did after my daughter, and I just didn't," Teddi shared during the WWHL After Show. "And for me, it's about balance, and it sounds so silly, but I'm not the mom that, 'I just chased after my kids and I lost the weight.' It wasn't like that."
