Fredrik Eklund is no stranger to working with celebrity clientele. Just this year alone he's clocked time with stars like Sarah Jessica Parker and Michael Strahan. But if you think Fredrik has to change his routine a lot when the clients are a little more famous, you'd be wrong.

How to Watch

"My role as a broker is the same," the Million Dollar Listing New York agent tells The Real Deal. "I need to try to direct them as much as I can. The search, the appointments, putting in an offer: that’s all the same. But the process can be a bit different."

And that something that is different? The paparazzi's interest in the appointment. "We did a showing with Kim Kardashian, I’ve never seen anything like it," he recalls. "Literally, thousands of people everywhere."

Fredrik freely throws around high kicks these days, but there was a time he was a bit more nervous about adding celebrities to his client roster. "The first time I showed a celebrity I was really nervous," he says. "I locked myself up. I wasn’t the Fredrik I am today" Today, that Fredrik counts J.Lo, Leonardo DiCaprio, Daniel Craig, John Legend, Britney Spears, and Cameron Diaz among his past clients.

Still there's one A-lister who remains on Fredrik's wish list. "I would love to show listings to the Swedish prince," he says. "That’d be great."
