What's It Like to Work for Bethenny Frankel?

The women who work for the #RHONY star are dishing on their boss!

By Jocelyn Vena

Bethenny Frankel is one busy woman—and behind every successful female is a hardworking team to help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. And now two of the women who work for the Real Housewives of New York star are revealing what it's like to be employed by the Skinnygirl mogul.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

"The hardest part about working for Bethenny is no two days are the same," her executive assistant, Meghan Herd, shares.

That is also true when it comes time to making sure that Bethenny always looks perfect. "Things come up all the time for Bethenny," her stylist, Julia Kitziger, adds. "Her schedule's tentative so I need to be alert and know her schedule as it's changing. What she needs, when she needs it, is there at all times."

Meghan, who describes her boss as "passionate," shares it's all about being ready for just about anything. "You have to always anticipate that she may want a massage or has she gotten a manicure, she has an appearance tonight," she says. "What does she need to be successful and fully prepared—just really trying to think for her."

And, as you might imagine "details are so important to Bethenny," Meghan notes.

And since Bethenny always brings her A game, she expects the same from those around her. "Bethenny likes people who work really hard. Whatever you're doing, you have to do it like it is the only job you have ever done," Julia says.

But it's also about a balance. "We get tough love, but at the end of the day, Bethenny always has our best interest at heart. She's supportive, but she teaches a lot," she reveals, later adding that she's learned something important from Bethenny. "There are times to be professional and there are times to kick your feet up and have fun," she says.
