Who's More Gay-tastic: Jeff Lewis or Andy Cohen?

So, I'm watching What What Happens Live last night after a fabulous night of ATL, and I am loving the vibe between Andy, Kim, and Jeff Lewis (who I have a not-so-secret crush on), and then the question comes up: Who's gayer? Andy or Jeff. Jeff insists Andy is, and Andy seemed, well, shocked. Jeff mentions a gay-meter or something, and says they're a few notches apart. Andy later gets an e-mail on Bberry from Mark Consuelos saying Jeff is definitely gayer than Andy. Honestly, not quite sure what the criteria is for a question like this, but I'm a little torn. So, I leave the question to you.
