Here's Why Cary Deuber Forgave LeeAnne Locken After Those Comments About Her Marriage
The #RHOD nurse teases some "unexpected twists and turns" with some of the other Lone Star ladies.
Whoever thought that after all of the drama between Cary Deuber and LeeAnne Locken at last season's Real Housewives of Dallas reunion that these two Lone Star ladies would actually be on good terms this season? We mean, Cary and LeeAnne majorly clashed at the Season 1 sit-down when LeeAnne brought up rumors about Cary's marriage, which she shot down before walking off the reunion set (clip above).
So how exactly did they get to such a good place this season, you ask? Well, Cary explained it all when she sat down with ET recently. “You know, LeeAnne approached me and apologized, and I felt better about it,” she said. “I think I want to be her friend… but, you know, it takes some getting over... I'm not gonna just run over and be like, OK… I'm definitely putting forth the effort, but you're going to have to wait and see what happens with that.”
Cary also teased that we'll see "a little bit of bonding" between her and LeeAnne this season, but she kept mum with ET on whether or not this goodwill will last.
In fact, Cary said that we'll see her experience some surprising showdowns of her own. “There's a point where I'm fighting with people I never thought I would argue with,” she shared. “I was, like, ‘I'm sorry. Is this happening? You're yelling at me? Like, I'm pretty sure this isn't going on right now. Like, you're my good friend, right?’ It's just, very unexpected twists and turns.”
So has LeeAnne transformed completely this season of RHOD? Her other newfound friend, Brandi Redmond, gives her take, below.
