Why Kelly Bensimon Wants to be Miss Congeniality
RHONY star says it's all about "good values."
In a Real Housewives of New York City season thick with conflict, clashes, and catfights, Kelly Bensimon says she's living beef-free.
"I don't have any enemies," Kelly told OK Magazine. "I like everybody. I am Miss Congeniality. I'm a brunette. I don't really hate anybody. I mean, they try to make me hate people, but I still don't."
Social media has definitely been a stage for 'Housewife feuding this season, but for Kelly it's actually one of the main reasons she chooses to not get involved. "My virtual family, they don't like bitches," she tells the magazine. "They like the cool girl, and I'd rather be cool all day long. I don't need to be a bitch. Why? Bitch may have sold before, but it doesn't sell now. It's a whole new year and a whole new season. It's all about good people with good values."
True, but even Kelly admits that when it comes to her cast mates, conflict is still in season. "In all honesty, a lot of girls do a lot of really bitchy things," she said. "To be honest with you, I think that's one thing that they're striving for, is who can be the bigger bitch? But that's not cool. People don't like that."
