How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Shannon Beador started The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 with a lot of changes in her life. Since announcing at the Season 12 reunion that she and husband David Beador had separated, she has since filed for divorce, moved into a new home, and removed her wedding ring (clip above). Amid all the changes in her life, she has kept one vestige of her past relationship: her last name — at least for now.

"It's been requested from my ex that I'm not worthy of the name Beador," Shannon revealed on The Daily Dish podcast. However, she added that there was a deciding factor in keeping her married name: "For the sake of my kids, I think I'm going to stay Shannon Beador."

Shannon's maiden name is Storms — and she jokes that the name "Shannon Storms" is reminiscent of "stripper porn."

"Now I call myself Shannon Storms Beador so it's kind of like the best of both worlds," she said.

With the new addition of her maiden name to her moniker, the RHOC mom also shared if she could see herself getting married again.

"If I were ever to consider getting married again, I'm going to want to get to know the person," Shannon said. "I'm not getting divorced again. Once is enough."

Keep up with Shannon and the RHOC ladies every Monday at 9/8c. Check out a preview of next week's trip to Mexico, below.
