James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss are definitely a serious item — after all, the Vanderpump Rules couple recently moved in together and share a dog, Graham Cracker. Naturally, fans have wondered if the two will eventually tie the knot, and luckily, on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday night, James answered that very question.

Andy Cohen read a question from a viewer to James, which asked if he will be proposing to Raquel any time soon. He responded, "You know, she's definitely the one if there is one, so soon, for sure." Blowing a kiss to his girlfriend, he then said, "I love you, babe. I love you."
