After a lot of back-and-forth on the subject, Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval might actually become roommates — and now, Jax Taylor is considering a move with them, too

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

On Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 12, Sandoval asked Schwartz to move in with him and pay $6,000 monthly rent. Although Schwartz initially said no, he revealed he was reconsidering the offer on Episode 14.

During the episode, which aired on April 30, Schwartz told Sandoval, "I think I'm ready to commit." More recently, the best friends and business partners gave an update on the situation on the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 After Show.

Are Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval moving in together?

It seems Schwartz is back to thinking he should not move in with Sandoval. As he explains in the After Show video above, "I was thinking about maybe buying into his house ... It was a moment. I got a little carried away."

Sandoval, however, seems optimistic that it could still happen.

"Look, we're working on the house situation," he says in the clip. "That could happen, that could not happen. Also, if I do get rid of the house, we can rent one. But it would be cool."

Schwartz jokes that they would be living in a "hype house for old dudes," but James Kennedy has a different take.

"That's Tom and Tom's actual mid-life crisis," he says in the video, while Lala Kent calls it "the worst idea ever." Brittany Cartwright adds, "That's going back. They used to live together in their, what, 20s?"

Although Jax initially says Schwartz moving in with Sandoval is a "bad idea," he jokes, "The way things are going with me right now, I might need to jump in, too."

Ultimately, Schwartz explains, "If it does happen, it'll be for, like, a year and we'll build some businesses ... I just wanna work." Plus, he tells Jax, "We'll keep a room open for you."

With a sigh, Jax declares, "I appreciate that ... I might have to take you up on that."
