Albie Manzo has grown up right before our eyes. And he is definitely all grown up, as you can see from his latest Instagrams. These days, the Manzo'd with Children son is rocking an incredible six pack. The eldest Manzo proudly flaunted his fit physique on his IG feed. Not that we're complaining.

Caroline Manzo's not-so-little boy has been putting the work into getting into shape. Several weeks back he posted a before-and-after photo that proves that whatever he's been doing (apparently core rhythm fitness), it's definitely working.

I can not put into words how appreciative I am that @rodrickcovington and the @corerhythmfitness team have been a part of my life. I put up a pic a while back of a letter I wrote to myself. It was a conversation w Rodrick that made me write that letter and brought me to realize that the only way to truly get what you want in this world is to take responsibility for yourself and put the work in. The guy on the left was who I saw in the mirror that day, the guy on the right was who was pushing the pen.
