8 Groceries Jenna Jameson Buys at Trader Joe's — and Exactly How They Work into Her Keto Diet Menu Plan
The keto diet's biggest champion stocked up on several of the grocery chain's low-carb goodies.
Jenna Jameson is the unofficial Keto Diet Queen. Having shed more than 60 pounds on the high-fat, low-carb diet, the adult entertainer swears by its effectiveness and continues to select her meals according to its rules. So naturally, when Jameson hits up Trader Joe's, she keeps keto-friendly items on her shopping list, and she recently spilled exactly what goes into her shopping cart at the beloved store.
Using an Instagram account that she made to showcase what she eats on a day-to-day basis — it's called @ketocantlose, in case you want to follow it — Jameson filled followers in on all her purchases.
To start, she picked up her go-to Garlic Spread Dip. "They should rename this Jenna Spread Dip," she joked. "This is the jam, guys." (We looked it up: It only has four grams of carbs.)
In her next post, Jameson showed off a jar of artichoke antipasto. "I got this... which will be great on my eggs in the morning because you want to change it up," she shared, pointing out that the sauce has just one gram of carbs.
Another short video showed off Trader Joe's jarred bruschetta. "I also got this ... for eggs in the morning," she said. "I'm telling you, it's hard to eat eggs every morning. You've got to switch it up, you've got to put stuff on them to make it taste good, you know? Total carbs three grams. Not bad!"
Next, it was onto fodder for Mexican night. "I was thinking about making zuchhini enchiladas, and I found this enchilada sauce, and it's only three grams of carbs... s--t tastes good," she shared.
As for that horseradish she picked up? "It's a great detoxifier for your body," she said, and added in the caption that the low-carb sauce is great with steak and in salad dressings.
Jenna also showed off the Jalapeno Monterrey Jack Cheese that she loves to melt and eat as her "decadent snack," and a few of the basics she restocked: Think cottage cheese, olive oil, carrots, broccoli, green onions, and more.
Last but not least, she picked up some flavored cashews to eat in wee amounts. The Thai Lime & Chili Cashews have five grams of carbs, "which isn't bad, but when you get stuff like this, just don't eat a huge amount. Just a handful," Jameson advised.
Way to keep it spiced up and low-carb, Jenna!
