Jenna Jameson's post-baby goal weight involved losing close to 60 pounds after giving birth to her daughter, Batel Lu, in April 2017, but now the former adult star and entrepreneur has shed closer to 75 pounds with the help of the Keto. Though the diet is controversial in the medical community, celebrities continue to flock to it to at least try it out, but many stop doing it right away.

Not Jenna, though; she's been sticking with it and documenting her journey every step of the way on social media, including sharing the detailed meal plans that she has tried. She's been praised as well as criticized by social media users along the way, and now she's decided to respond to the latter in her latest Instagram post.

"95 lbs vs. 120 lbs — I would just like to make a few statements," she captioned a before-and-after picture of herself. "When I was heavy, I was shamed by quite a few media organizations. Now that I’ve become well known for #keto ... a lot of media has gone out of their way to hire 'so called doctors' to disprove the keto lifestyle and plant the seed that it isn’t sustainable. Well here I am folks, 7 months on keto and LIVING MY BEST LIFE. Here’s the moral of the story, DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. Don’t let others push their agendas on you. Trust your intuition and GO FOR IT! There is no time like the present to get healthy!"
