Jenna Jameson sticks to the Keto Diet while dining out: Here's how.

Jenna Jameson has famously shed 80 pounds since she started following the Keto Diet, and she has no plans to abandon the eating plan any time soon. The former porn star now uses her platform to share tips with her followers who are also following the trendy diet. And if you want to hit a restaurant but steer clear of carbs, Jameson's got you covered. 

In a recent Instagram post, the recent Hawaii transplant wrote, "Let’s talk eating out. When I first began my weight loss journey, I avoided eating out as much as possible. I felt if I wasn’t making the food, there could be hidden sugars or starches. I highly recommend cooking your meals if you are in weight loss mode. Since I’m now just maintaining weight but still eating #keto, when I go out to eat with my family here are some of the things I order... You can NEVER go wrong with steak! Add a sautéed baby broccoli or non starchy veg and you’re golden! Grilled fish is a perfect choice also! Caesar salad (hold the croutons) topped with shrimp is fab! I’ve gotten so good at scanning menus for keto friendly dishes it’s now second nature!"
