This Is How Kourtney Kardashian Manages to Eat Cheesecake on the Keto Diet

The Keeping up with the Kardashians sister recently published her Keto-friendly recipe on Poosh.

If you want to keep up with Kourtney Kardashian's eating habits (see what we did there?), look no further than Poosh. On her lifestyle website, the Keeping up with the Kardashians sister regales her readers with recipes and info on the latest diet she's following.

And in her latest post, the mother of three let followers know how she manages to eat cheesecake, despite her aversion to sugar and her commitment to the Keto Diet. If that seems like a mission impossible, let us introduce you to monk fruit sweetener. 

In the post, the Poosh staff explained that "Kourt" had invited Chef Sara  to come over and teach her a few Keto-friendly recipes, now that she's following the diet again. Among those recipes was the so-called Keto Cheesecake. 

The recipe's crust contains ground pecans, melted butter, spices, and a squeeze of lemon juice. As for the filling, Chef Sara combines room-temperature cream cheese with sour cream, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and — here's the key — "monk fruit sweetener (or any non-sugar substitute.)" 

Then, top the pie with fresh whipped cream and berries, and voila! A Keto-friendly, low-sugar treat. And just in case you need a little added sweetness, Chef Sara will allow for this: "If you’d like, you can also add sugar to the heavy whipping cream," she added in a note.
