Melissa Gorga Is Celebrating Her Mom's 70th With a Girls Trip in Jamaica — And This Giant Birthday Cake
The Real Housewives of New Jersey pal and her fam are celebrating the milestone in the sweetest — and sunniest! — way.
It's been well documented that the ladies of The Real Housewives of New Jersey serve good birthday cake. (And throw it, too — but that's another story.) So, when it came time for Melissa Gorga and her sisters to celebrate their mother Donna Marco's 70th birthday, they made sure that there was icing and candles to spare.
For the milestone birthday bash, the three sisters and their mother all headed to Jamaica. During their time in the Caribbean destination, the sisters have shared plenty of Instagram snaps to document the white-sand beaches and turquoise waves; they also offered peeks at Donna's celebratory dinner on November 6.
The lovely meal took place at candlelit tables set up outside at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Hotel, where the family is staying. Before tucking into the spread, the family posed for a group photo. Please note the birthday girl's sash and flower crown, which is obviously mandatory for a beach-bound birthday cake.
Later, Melissa's sister shared a photo of the giant chocolate cake that helped Donna ring in her next decade. The confection was studded with strawberries, and had birthday wishes scrawled in gold icing.
