Teresa Giudice Reveals the Inside of Her Fridge in Intimate Video Tour — Watch

If you, like us, are in awe of Teresa Giudice's new commitment to super-clean eating, just wait until you see the inside of her refrigerator. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom recently let Bravo cameras peek inside her fridge showing off the items that keep her diet lean and green — and all the temptation she has to avoid! 

The first thing we noticed in the clip above is that Teresa has a lot of plastic storage containers. If we've heard it once, we've heard it a million times: Meal prep is everything when it comes to clean-eating goals, so it makes sense that the bikini-competition contestant had tons of meals packed up in plastic and ready to go. Inside the storage containers, Teresa had enough grilled chicken and brown rice to last for several meals. 

She also had romaine lettuce and the snack her daughters "love, love, love:" strawberries. Also for her daughters: homemade mozzarella. 

Next, the Skinny Italian author pulled out a bag of Long Hots, which are peppers that "Italians always have... in the house," Teresa said. "We love spicy." That's not all the peppers that Teresa has on hand: She also pulled out hot cherry peppers, and shared that she makes them with chicken, fish, or pork chops.  

Let's not forget the cheese! Even though cheese wasn't on Teresa's diet at the time, that didn't stop her from stocking "lots of cheese." One thing she could eat, though, are egg whites, and Teresa had lots and lots of cartons. And we haven't even gotten to the freezer yet!
