Bragasorous?!

Daniel shares his Millionaire experience!

Wow. This all started with a phone call from my publicist and she asked me if I would be interested in doing something for Playgirl magazine something about potential bachelors, of course I said "no way."

Actually, until I got butchered with the "dog" comment and the bragasorous, I thought it was amazing.

The next phone call was, "I think I may have something interesting for you." It was Millionaire Matchmaker. I said, "Sure, let's check it out." No more than a day later I had a meeting with the producers and we shot for the next few days. It was so exciting and I had a blast in front of the camera, and met some very interesting people. Actually, until I got butchered with the "dog" comment and the bragasorous, I thought it was amazing.

At the time I was very single and found it interesting to have the opportunity to meet a bunch of single women. I have always enjoyed having romance in my life and this was an interesting angle to find it.

Working with Patti was odd and you never know what to expect, but she couldn't have been nicer. Her staff was professional and I had a great time with everybody. I am the type of person that tends to have an optimistic view on life and I love people. It was enjoyable having the mixer at ONE Sunset, which had a few of my paintings on their walls, therefore the crowd was able to understand what I really do.

Obviously at the mixer I had to make a choice and I picked Lauren. She is the nicest girl around and so easy to get along with. We became great friends. I only have the best things to say about her.

I plan to make it big. The harder you work, the luckier you get, and I am not afraid to work.

So who is Daniel Maltzman? I am an artist and I work in Los Angeles, I have a wonderful studio that allows me to be creative and compete with some of the world's greatest artists. More than anything, I love what I do and know how rare that feeling can be. I grew up in Beverly Hills and have maintained a relationship with most of my old pals, many of whom have seen the previews for the show. I was depicted as a cocky name-dropper, but that is not me at all. They had to find something to be an antagonist to make the show interesting. I am also not the type of guy who thinks that he is the greatest. I do know that I am probably one the nicest guys around and I'm very proud of it. Some people just are not that nice. I find it easier to be non-confrontational and enjoy everybody.

I could go on for days with this, but I think you know who I am now and you will get more and more as time goes on. I plan to make it big. The harder you work, the luckier you get, and I am not afraid to work. That's all for now, hope to see you around.
