Was Shamea Morton Ready for Her First RHOA Reunion?

Things are as tense as can be on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 reunion right now. And they're about to get even crazier when one more Georgia Peach is added into the mix.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Shamea Morton will sit down with the RHOA ladies in the upcoming Part 3 of the reunion. She's set to confront Porsha Williams about her Frick and Frack-ship with Phaedra Parks, as well as the rumors surrounding the so-called "lesbiangate."

As the RHOA pal prepared to come face-to-face with the ladies, she said she had no idea what she was in for. "Holy moly, oh my goodness, I was very, very nervous," Shamea told The Daily Dish after filming the reunion. "It was almost like a kid on Christmas Eve, how you’re so antsy and you can’t really sleep at night. Well, that’s what I felt, so many emotions. I just didn’t know what to expect going into this."

Shamea said that she "had no regrets leaving that reunion," although a little Ketel One vodka and tonic with lime helped her unwind after the sit-down. "It was actually really good. I didn’t leave anything undone. I said what I felt, and I knew walking in, the points I wanted to get across and I wanted to be heard and wanted to get understanding about certain things. I got all of that," Shamea teased. "You know how sometimes in a bad breakup, you need closure? I felt like I got closure at the reunion."

Even though Shamea threw some shade at Kenya Moore in the past (remember when she drank the water used to fill the Kenya Moore Haircare bottles at her launch event last season?), the RHOA pal said the former beauty queen gave her some props for holding her own at the reunion. "She texted me after and was like, 'You handled yourself really well, I was really proud of you,'" Shamea shared. "We had a moment at the reunion, and that made me feel good."

In fact, Shamea said that she "can't wait" to relive the reunion on TV and promised that RHOA fans' jaws are going to drop when they see the remaining two parts of the sit-down. With so many drama-filled moments still to come, we can totally see why.
