But, the Atlanta teen happens to look just as stunning without a stitch of makeup on. On July 23, Noelle took to Instagram to post a casual shot of herself wearing a little black dress with matching sandals. The aspiring model wore sunglasses perched atop her head, and had her long hair pulled back into a ponytail. And for those wondering which products she used to pull off that sunny glow, Noelle provided a short and sweet answer: "No [makeup]," she wrote in her caption.
