Kandi Burrus may not want to get glammed up to sit in first class, but The Real Housewives of Atlanta businesswoman clearly has no problem stepping out in fashionable frocks for the red carpet.

On November 10, Kandi enjoyed a star-studded night for E!'s 2019 People's Choice Awards at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, where she strutted her stuff in a flirty, off-the-shoulder frock that was a bit of a different look for the musician.

Kandi came ready to play in a white, off-the-shoulder minidress by British label House of CB . The festive dress featured an oversized ruffle neckline with a structured bodice and an oh-so-short hem. The body-con number was a departure for Kandi, who typically favors glitzy gowns or low-cut jumpsuits for her time in front of the cameras. However, she totally worked it: This look was fresh, fun, and so youthful that we can't wait to see what she steps out in next.

Kandi's Apuje Kalu-styled ensemble was made complete with Christian Louboutin gold T-strap heels. Oh, and did we mention her epic beauty look?

Kandi turned to hairstylist Alexander Armand to create a textured lob with just the right amount of throwback appeal. The mid-length, center-parted 'do included a few strategic crimps to complement her overall look.

Makeup artist Kristene Bernard added touches of pink to Kandi's lips and eyes for a playful pop of color.
