Kenya Moore Reveals Exactly How She’s Getting Back to Her "Pre-Baby Weight"

The Real Housewives of Atlanta new mom shares another look at her post-baby body in a bikini.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and new mom Kenya Moore's recent bikini photoshoot made a huge impression: as pal Kandi Burruss (and Kenya herself) put it, "the snap back is real!" Kenya looked radiant and strong in a white bikini holding her little girl during their beachside vacation. Now Kenya's revealing the very zen way she's working out these days. 

"I’m focused on getting back to my pre baby weight," Kenya captioned her photo showing her practicing tree pose in the ocean waves. Kenya explained that her postpartum fitness routine involves doing yoga while wearing a waist trainer. 

Kenya worked out during her pregnancy, and she was candid about how much weight she gained and the harrowing complications she faced, including preeclampsia, a condition which can cause swelling and high blood pressure. "In one week, I had gained 17 lbs," she said last month. “I was like, ‘Wait a minute, is this scale right?’ ‘Cause I remembered specifically what my weight was, and at that point, I was at 203 lbs. already. And then when they weighed me, I was 220 lbs. And I was thinking, ‘Something is not right here. Is the scale broken?" So glad this new mom is happy and healthy — and back to her yoga practice.
