After months of teasing and photo tagging, Marlo Hampton’s collection of haute wigs, called HER, is finally here! On July 18, The Real Housewives of Atlanta fashionista posted a pic from her Atlanta soft-launch and by the looks of it, the event was a huge success with Real Housewives showing up in full force to support Marlo’s new venture. We’ve been getting tiny tastes of Marlo’s work throughout the summer, but now we can see that these styles will not disappoint.
Marlo may be known for her bold and luxurious fashion choices — she’s been known to hit the beach in designer duds and rock head-to-toe sequins like it’s no big deal — but her hair game has always been particularly strong. From sandy blonde, Old-Hollywood-inspired waves, to flowing jet black strands, Marlo always keeps us guessing. The new collection features a selection of wigs designed to embody luxury, confidence, and, of course, style. HER (which stands for Haute Elegant Rebel) has already scored a number of wins in the industry having first premiered at the highly successful Essence Music Festival and legendary actress Cicely Tyson has already worn one of Marlo’s signature styles.
Clearly, Marlo can count on the support of the Atlanta Housewives considering that many ladies showed up and showed out in their own HER wig.
Now the only question is... which wig would we try first?
