Noelle Robinson called her 20th birthday celebration on November 10 an "absolute dream," with her family all gathering in Malibu to raise a toast to this The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter — and Noelle's outfit for the big 2-0 was just as dreamy.
This model on the rise showed her ripped abs in a little black crop top, which she paired with sparkly pants that are meant for the KiraKira filter. Noelle tagged her bling-y black pants on Instagram as being from PrettyLittleThing (here's a similar black mesh diamond dress from the British brand).
Noelle wasn't the only one looking stunning at the celebration: Noelle's mom, Cynthia Bailey, got the same memo and also chose to wear something black and see-through; Cynthia looked gorgeous in a black mesh top with leather trousers.
