Porsha Williams made it crystal clear that she will not succumb to the pressure of "snapping back" after having a baby. But this doesn't mean The Real Housewives of Atlanta radio host isn't open to trying the latest muscle-sculpting treatments at her own will.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In the most recent episode of RHOA, which aired on December 8, pal Tanya Sam took Porsha to a cosmetic clinic to try EMSculpt: a gym-free, muscle-sculpting procedure, which as Tanya described is "the equivalent of doing 20,000 sit-ups in 30 minutes." (Missed this episode? Don't fret; catch up on RHOA here.)

Tanya shared, "It’s so good after you’ve had a baby because it knits all the muscles together." An intrigued Porsha responded, "Oh, that’s good because I feel like my organs sometimes be sitting outside of my pants. No, for real, with a C-section it’s like they’re all over the place."

This isn't the first time we've seen a Bravoleb try the popular procedure. Cary Deuber, Melissa Gorga, and Joe Gorga have all praised the technique for its results. (Cary even used it on her butt to get "twerk ready.") However, Porsha's reaction to the procedure is definitely one of a kind.

Once the medical assistant strapped Porsha in and turned the machine on, the Atlanta stunner's eyes opened up wider than a deer caught in headlights.

"Oh, wait. Hold on! I wasn't ready," she yelled out while grasping onto the machine and Tanya's hand. "This is the weirdest feeling I’ve ever felt in my life... Oh, Jesus!" she wailed.

So why did this procedure have Porsha calling out for Jesus? The non-invasive treatment uses a magnetic field to deliver muscle contractions. Tanya said it feels like you're taking a "big poop."

Contractions and all, Porsha powered through the treatment and even had the energy to twerk right off the clinic bed. So, we're guessing it's not as scary as it looks.

Tune into RHOA Sundays at 8/7c to keep up with your favorite peaches.
