Kenya O'Hara? - Ep 7
Bravotv.com's Associate Editor ponders other types of movie fabulous.
Is everyone feeling Gone with the Wind fabulous today? Did you twirl into work in an impossibly billowy nightgown? Before I get too carried away, let's look back at some of the other memorable moments from this week.
No. 3 - Thrilla in Anguilla
Well you knew this was coming. Before Porsha and Kenya could possibly become friends, they were going to have to work out (or in this case shout and nearly punch out) their issues. And once Porsha started to bring up the charity dinner, it was clearly heading straight for disaster.
The two most amusing parts of their tussle however were as follows:
Porsha consistently making Kenya out to be older than she is. Seriously, Kenya went from winning her crown 20 years ago, 30 years ago, at some point before Porsha was born, up to about 55 years ago. If that's the case, then Kenya is clearly in on Stacey Dash's secret to immortality.
Kenya's final rebuttal to the argument was to tell Porsha to "read a book." I think I will end all of my future arguments like that. Gone with the Wind perhaps?
I have to admit, Cynthia and Peter's vow renewal ceremony was more touching than I expected. It was simple, beautiful, and packed with tears.
As moving as that was though, I was more amused by the fact that Cynthia refused to believe it was happening for a very long time. It almost seemed like she was disappointed that the Prime Minister was in fact not attending. I was nervous that might have been a deal breaker -- no Prime Minister, no ceremony -- but luckily that was not the case.
Side Note: Loved that NeNe was serving some Grecian realness in that blue and white ensemble.
What can I really say about this? Just watch.
I was left wondering however -- are there other types of movie fabulous? Can one be Titanic fabulous? Terminator fabulous? Too Fast, Too Fabulous? I encourage you to leave your personal movie fabulous style in the comments.Next week NeNe rides a horse. Let's just say a future equestrian she is not.
