Cynthia: Mal is the Last Person I Thought Peter Would Call

Bravotv.com: What went through your mind when Mal said she was talking to Peter?

Cynthia Bailey: When Mal told me she was talking to Peter, at first I was surprised. Due to their history in the past, she was actually the last person I thought he would call to discuss our divorce issues with. Mal and I are very close, and she is the person that I feel the most comfortable pouring out my heart to. I can be completely transparent with her. Not only is she my sister, she is my confidante. Wasn't sure how I felt about sharing her.

Bravotv.com: Were you surprised Peter reached out to Mal?

CB: Although Mal and Peter have bumped heads quite a bit in the past, they definitely have gotten along better over the last few years. I really don't have a problem with Peter reaching out to Mal; however I do have a problem with Peter reaching out to Mal and Mal not letting me know. Sooner rather than later. A lot sooner than later!

Bravotv.com: Did you ever question whether you were making the right decision with the divorce?

CB: I am a lover of love, and I always follow my heart. No matter what! I guess you can call me a hopeless romantic. In my relationships I am committed, loving, and very loyal. When I am in, I am all in. On the flip side, when I'm done, I am done. This was not an overnight decision, and I am at peace with it.
