Shereé Whitfield Is Relieving Stress in Her Home’s Sauna
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has a spa-like sanctuary inside Chateau Shereé.
Shereé Whitfield is committed to staying home and practicing social distancing amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and she’s doing so in pure luxury. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s mansion — dubbed Chateau Shereé — was unveiled back in 2017, and it’s full of fancy details, including a “great room” with soaring ceilings and windows, a gorgeous marble white kitchen, and even a cozy outdoor area with fluffy couches and a fire pit.
Now comes word that Chateau Shereé also includes a totally over-the-top facet: a sauna! In a post to her Instagram account, Shereé revealed the spa-like feature in her house is key to her daily regimen. “I’ve come across several reports that the coronavirus cannot survive in extreme heat," Sheree wrote along a gallery of videos inside her sauna. "Not sure how accurate but getting in the sauna is something I luv doing anyway and is a part of my regimen. Its good for cleansing the skin, circulation, relieving stress, flushing toxins and aids in recovery from an intense workout. B safe!”
